RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 For purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, “we” or “our” refers to Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution, and “you” or “your” refers to the customer or buyer. Please read this Return and Refund Policy carefully as it constitutes your agreement with us.
1.2 By engaging us to provide our products, you agree to be legally bound by this Return and Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change or modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time.
1.3 Unless otherwise specified, any changes or modifications will be effective immediately and your continued use of our services after such time will constitute your acceptance of such changes or modifications.
1.4 Kindly note that Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution operates as a market place where vendors and customers meet to trade therefore we do not sell any products. Based on the foregoing it is important to note that each vendor has his/her own policy regarding returns & refunds, it is the User/Buyer/Customer responsibility to check the vendor sales conditions.
2. OUR ROLE
You acknowledge that Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution solely operates as a market place. Based on the foregoing, Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution does not sell any products and all the products posted on its platform are from various vendors and each vendor has his/her own policy.
3. RETURN
3.1 At Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution we do all we can to meet your high expectations and make available various selection of products you will love from various vendors.
3.2 Kindly note that only products ordered through our Website/Mobile Application will be eligible for a return.
3.3 The product needs to be on its original packaging when returned.
3.4 Kindly note that we will not indulge requests that involve misuse of the product. You understand that Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution has the discretion to analyze and decide whether the product is being used in a proper manner.
4. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
All refunds will be made to the debit or credit card on which the original purchase was made within 7 days of the cancellation of the order or return of the products and up on approval of the vendor which the item/items have been purchased from. In the event that Symo E-marketing & Digital Solution is unable to credit your original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.
5. SEVERABILITY
In the event any provision or part of this Return and Refund Policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, only that particular provision or part so found, and not the entire Return and Refund Policy, will be inoperative.
6. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the entire agreement and understanding among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, understandings, inducements and conditions, express or implied, oral or written, of any nature whatsoever with respect to the subject matter hereof.
